This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and SNS Consulting (Scott Network Solutions) for SNS Software products, including App Creation and Secure Send Suite.
License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for the number of users and the term covered by your trial or paid plan.
Trial license
Trial versions may be used for evaluation only during the trial period. Features may stop working when the trial ends unless you purchase a license.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense or distribute the software except as allowed.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or bypass license or trial controls.
- Do not remove proprietary notices.
Your content
You keep all rights to projects, code and data you create with the software.
Third-party services
Some features connect to third-party services (for example GitHub, AI providers or email providers). Their own terms apply.
Updates and termination
We may provide updates. This license ends automatically if you breach it or your subscription ends.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
